The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at Overview:We are looking for an Infrastructure Lead to join our teams and support one of our clients in designing, leading, and evolving hybrid infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in shaping technology strategy, guiding technical teams, and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions across on‐premises and cloud ecosystems.What you will do:- Design, implement, and optimize hybrid infrastructures (on‐prem + Azure and/or AWS);- Lead technical decision-making and support engineering teams with architectural guidance;- Oversee virtualization environments, networking, security, backup, and monitoring platforms;- Drive automation initiatives using Power Shell, Bash, Python, and ideally Ansible or Terraform;- Support technological projects, coordinate with PMOs, and ensure delivery excellence;- Provide technical mentoring and contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure standards.What you are like:- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;- Experienced in hybrid infrastructure architecture across on‐prem and cloud environments;- Proficient in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‐V), networking, security, and storage technologies;- Knowledgeable in Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux administration, backup, and monitoring tools;- Skilled in scripting and automation (Power Shell, Bash, Python), with exposure to Ia C tools;- Comfortable leading technical teams or mentoring engineers;- Strong communicator with a solution-driven mindset;- Fluent in English.Why join us:
