ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Management Officer, your mission will consist in supporting the local Americas Business Manager and the Americas platform in some of their current tasks such as: Manipulating and formatting the data in order to create reports, as well as maintain current reports; Maintaining accurate Client Contribution and PnL figures; Be responsible for creating/collating presentations for the Top Management committees; Permission owner of some Global Markets systems; Managing trading mandates and amending portfolios; Processing headcount files and creating organizational charts and joiner/leaver overviews; Additional responsibilities may include contributing to process improvements, providing guidance to junior team members, and participating in projects. PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or a related field. An overall understanding and interest in the financial world Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an analytical mind-set and ability to learn new tools and systems Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions. Team player, proactive, independent, enthusiastic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
