HVAC Mechanical Engineer Position:HVAC Mechanical Engineer Location:Viana do Castelo Portugal Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivatedHVAC Mechanical Engineerto join our construction services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of HVAC systems for shipbuilding industry. Key Responsibilities Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and energy analysis. Prepare detailed mechanical design drawings, specifications, and reports. Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions. Review shop drawings and support site supervision during installation and commissioning. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and HVAC calculation software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. We Offer Competitive salary. Qualifications Diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HVAC drafting or design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
