Principais Responsabilidades: Apoio nos processos de recrutamento e seleção (publicação de anúncios, triagem de CVs, e condução de entrevistas); Suporte na gestão administrativa de recursos humanos (contratos, admissões, cessação), bem como no processamento salarial; Acompanhamento durante o ciclo do colaborador, desde o onboarding ao offboarding; Garantir conformidade com a legislação laboral e políticas internas; Participação em projetos transversais de RH (clima organizacional, avaliação de desempenho, etc.). Perfil Pretendido: Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Ciências Sociais, Psicologia, ou similares; Experiência mínima de 2/3 anos em funções generalistas de RH; Conhecimentos de payroll, recrutamento e avaliação de desempenho; Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
