We are seeking a Technical Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and a collaborative mindset. You will guide a cross-functional engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions, while fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and clear communication. Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex enterprise SaaS applications across backend, data, infrastructure, and frontend domains. Set technical direction and best practices for cloud infrastructure, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend applications. Drive adoption of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices. Team Collaboration: Mentor and support engineers across disciplines (backend, data, infrastructure, frontend). Facilitate cross-team collaboration with product, analytics, and design partners. Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement. Delivery & Quality: Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and secure solutions. Oversee code reviews, architecture documentation, and technical decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; participate in on-call rotations as needed. Innovation & Growth: Evaluate and introduce new technologies that align with business goals (e.g., AI/ML, multi-cloud, serverless). Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and growing the team's technical capabilities. Key Requirements Proven experience leading engineering teams building large-scale, enterprise SaaS applications. Deep hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) Backend development (TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, REST APIs) Data engineering (Databricks, Snowflake, ETL pipelines, data modeling) Frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern frontend tooling) Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and security best practices. Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and/or serverless platforms. Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture. Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements. Nice to Have Experience in high-growth or product-focused SaaS companies. Exposure to multi-cloud environments and/or AI/ML infrastructure. Familiarity with data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau) and integrating with such tools. Track record of driving technical innovation and process improvement.
