Your Tasks Act as a subject matter expert in blade manufacturing processes, with deep knowledge of composite materials and chemical processes; Lead product development activities and manage supplier audits, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards; Identify and resolve product quality issues using 8D and Six Sigma methodologies; Execute deliverables in line with APQP4Wind and PPAP requirements during development phase gates; Analyze and report quality data using SAP and Power BI, preparing monthly dashboards and insights; Facilitate and moderate operational-level meetings, ensuring alignment, conflict resolution, and escalation management; Drive quality improvement initiatives across internal factories and external vendors with a strong ownership mindset; Collaborate effectively within a matrix organization, including Global Quality Engineering (GQE) and cross-functional teams; Demonstrate a proactive, open-minded approach to problem-solving and performance enhancement. Your Qualifications Master or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in blade manufacturing process and quality management; Hands on experience in composites and blade manufacturing technology; knowledge on problem solving methods like 8D,Lean Six sigma and on product development process like APQP,PPAP; Intercultural and Cross-functional experience will be an added advantage; Excellent communication in English language (written and spoken) other languages will be added advantage; Effective coordination & project management skills.
