You will be responsible for their development and their relationship with the company and stakeholders. This role also includes a focus on Data Quality within the project, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure high data standards. Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership Manage between 5 and 15 trained employees, responsible for all areas of management. Provide ongoing mentorship, serving as a source of knowledge and technical mentor to the team. Manage projects related artifacts and milestones, and contribute to ad-hoc project management tasks. Elaborate periodic reports of team activities and deliverables. Contribute to quarterly planning, forecasting, and delivery. Work closely with Quality Leads and other Team Leadss on all team's methodologies and processes. Ensure team adherence to corporate policies and rules. Stakeholder and Process Management Manage stakeholder expectation and relationship. Handle team communications, including ongoing reports and updates to stakeholders. Contribute to project methodologies implementation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Write and review documentation. Data Quality and Analysis Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of issues analysed. Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and assist in defining data ownership and stewardship. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows. Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes.
