Job Description Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, including welcoming visitors and employee Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Manage office supplies, documents, and administrative correspondence. Assist with invoice control and basic accounts receivable/payable tasks. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and internal logistics. Qualifications High school diploma or associate's degree. Previous experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Strong writing skills and ability to support with word processing tasks when needed. Warm, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
