Role
- Incorporation of off the shelf entities
- Preparation of minutes of board meetings and shareholder's meetings and updates of legal books.
- Drafting of power of attorney and processes with notaries
- Assistance in the KYC/AML process for our clients
- General corporate legal assistance for our clients
- Keeping up to date with local legal and regulatory changes
- Completion of standard legal procedures related to directorships
Profile
- Degree in Law
- Master's degree in Corporate Law
- 5 years of experience in international firms serving international clients (experience with Real Estate Funds will be appreciated in the candidate)
- High level of English
- Organized, proactive, flexible, multitask, autonomous and enthusiastic person.
- IT and process oriented
- Good level of Excel
