Your Role: Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate corporate lawyer to join our team.
As a corporate lawyer, you will be mainly responsible for legal daily activities and reporting to our headquarters' Legal Department.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
This role is based in Cascais, Portugal.

Your Journey: Provide Advice on Ongoing Legal Matters

Provide advice on ongoing legal matters related to Portugal law.
Prepare, file, and control all legal-related actions and activities.
Maintain the organisation's legal files and ensure that working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations.
Ensure company compliance with legislation in force.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to the framework of the company.
Draft legal opinions, memorandums, and briefing documents.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • Previous experience in the real estate and/or corporate law field
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good administration skills
  • Team player and good collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English
