We are actively seeking candidates for positions starting in the upcoming academic semester or earlier if possible.    Please note that this internship job is located in Porto, but the selection process will be conducted in English.    Please send over your CV in English    What you'll be doing:  Participating in the onboarding of new employees by participating in onboarding sessions, ensuring an excellent employee experience;    Collaboration in the organization of cultural events based on the organization's cultural calendar, to promote integration among employees and strengthen the company culture, given the plurality of nationalities and cultures present;    Supporting in the preparation of data analyses and/or brief reports related to employees, contributing to strategic people management decisions;     Actively provide input and constructive suggestions for the office ambassadors' plan of action, helping to shape its strategic direction.  Oversee and coordinate all external vendors and service providers essential for the efficient operation of the Porto office.  Guarantee the seamless day-to-day operation of the Porto office by proactively identifying and promptly resolving any emerging issues or disruptions.  What we want from you:  You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program preferably in Human Resource Management or similar field.   You present an advanced level of proficiency in written and spoken English  Communicating and relating to different people comes easy to you;    You are a proactive problem-solver, and you like to propose new solutions for old issues;    You have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.    What we can offer you:  Participation in social and cultural events company-wide;    The opportunity of working in a multicultural, dynamic, and tech environment;    Development of skills in the international HR management area, communication, team work, and inclusion;    300 € monthly
