Licenciatura/ Mestrado nas áreas de Engenharia Informática, Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores e/ou áreas similares; Entre 2 a 6 Ano de experiência profissional em projetos de Servicenow; Experiência profissional no setor da Banca, Seguros e/ou Real State (preferencial); Conhecimento da língua Inglesa no domínio falado e escrito; Conhecimento técnico em JavaScript e AngularJS; Experiência no desenho, implementação e roll-out de sistemas de informação, preferencialmente com soluções ServiceNow (e/ou similares); Conhecimento e experiência em módulos específicos de ServiceNow (preferencialmente ITSM/ITOM, HRSD e CSM); Certificação como ServiceNow CSA; Certificação como ServiceNow CIS (preferencial); Standards para comunicação com outros sistemas (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP); Certificação base em Microsoft Azure Az-900 (ou equivalente AWS Cloud Practitioner) Experiência em gestão de projetos utilizando a metodologia Agile e Scrum; Capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, espírito crítico e trabalho em equipa; Disponibilidade para viajar.
