By joining them, you will be a part of a forward-thinking team that drives impactful change and supports a dynamic operational environment. responsabilidades chave What you can look forward to: The PMO & Transition Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful ramp-up of the GBS center, as well as managing future scope expansions. This role involves detailed project planning, resource management, and execution of transition and change management strategies The key responsibilities of this role are: Project Management & Planning: Develop detailed project and resource plans for the initial ramp-up of the GBS center and future scope extensions Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan to mitigate potential roadblocks Collaborate with department leads to ensure alignment of the GBS center's growth with business objectives Transition & Change Management: Manage and steer transition manager team, allocating resources in line with the transition plan to meet the overall transition timeline Execute transition strategies, ensuring smooth integration of new processes and effective change management Monitor and address potential resistance or challenges to change across departments Ensure all new processes and systems meet quality and compliance standards during the transition Collaborate with other PMO offices for a streamlined approach and knowledge exchange Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and updates on transition progress, risks, and performance for leadership and key stakeholders Create transparent communication pathways to share real-time updates with relevant stakeholders Regularly review and update project documentation, ensuring it is aligned with ongoing transitions Communication Facilitation: Establish and maintain regular communication and feedback loops between headquarters and GBS centers to ensure alignment Serve as the point of contact between cross-functional teams to address issues and share best practices Training & Onboarding: Coordinate with HR and department leads to develop training programs for new hires transitioning into the GBS Oversee the creation of onboarding materials and process documentation to ensure new employees are equipped to succeed lead workshops and training sessions on new systems, tools, and processes for teams undergoing transitions competências What we are looking for Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, change management, or transitioning functions within a GBS or shared services environment Proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, including ramp-up and process migrations; experience in an international environment is a plus Skills and Competencies Strong project management skills, including resource planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation Excellent change management and transition planning abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability towork across different departments and geographies Problem-solving and analytical thinking Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira) and collaboration platforms Certification in Project Management Principles or Lean/Agile is a plu Additional Information Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Language proficiency: German and English (B2); Willingnessto travel as required for transition activities principais benefícios Your Benefits: Working in a dynamic environment with vibrant team spirit Career opportunities within the company Home office policy of 2 days / week Additional days off on Dec 24th and 31st Birthday off Referral Bonus Life Insurance Health Insurance, extended to family members Reporting Line: Head of Operations and Transition partilhar vaga de emprego. partilhar esta vaga via e-mail. imprime esta vaga de emprego.
