Let's fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. Job Description Technically lead the Salesforce development team. Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog. Create and maintain technical application documentation. Manage infrastructure change requests. Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems. Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Hands-on expertise in  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for custom Marketing Cloud implementations. Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects. Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; Critical analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
