Job Description- Technically lead the Salesforce development team.
- Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.
- Create and maintain technical application documentation.
- Manage infrastructure change requests.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for custom Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects.
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
