• Information Gathering: Lead the elicitation of complex business processes and requirements from various stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis;
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows;
• Requirements Translation: Effectively translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team;
• Flow Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of user and information flows within the organization and model them visually to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Organizational Understanding: Analyze and comprehend the organizational structure, including the roles and relationships of key stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet the needs of all relevant parties;
• Agile Development: Convert functional requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Up to 10 years' experience on the role for which the service is being hired;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function;
• Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
• Excellent analysis and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and proactivity;
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence;
• Strong capacity for influence and communication;
• Flexibility, adaptability, and results-orientation;
• Proactivity in conflict resolution and decision-making;
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulamento Geral de Proteço de Dados - RGPD);
• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
• Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
