Procurement Support Trainee

As a Procurement Support Trainee at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Regional Procurement Managers in their daily tasks to ensure smooth execution. You will work closely with Regional Procurement Managers to support the internal stakeholders to meet all sourcing needs in the Markets and Projects, including supplier scouting, evaluation, selection, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management. Additionally, you will help enforce sourcing policies and support cost optimization efforts. Join our team and contribute to our ambitious transformation plans. As part of the team, you will: Complete contract templates accurately and efficiently to support procurement processes. Update and maintain the procurement database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to gather necessary information and build strong relationships. Contribute to the digitalization and automation of procurement processes, striving for increased efficiency. Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution and maintain process momentum. Manage and organize relevant procurement documents to ensure proper documentation and easy access.
