Translator – Creole

Translator – Creole / English C2 (Remote) We are recruiting a Translator with fluency in Creole and English (C2). We are looking for team players with attention to detail and willingness to grow. If you are looking for a fully remote opportunity, this may be the right role for you. Role: Inbound support to assist with translation and clarification of customer inquiries. Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly (according to PCI and GDPR guidelines). Resolve complex requests independently, using the knowledge base when needed. Profile: Strong communication and reasoning skills. Excellent written and spoken Creole and English (C2). Previous experience in translation or with SAP (preferred). Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays. Offer: Stable employment contract with long-term prospects. Paid initial training (15–20 working days, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00).
