Translator – Creole

Translator – Creole / English C2 (Remote)

We are recruiting a Translator with fluency in Creole and English (C2). We are looking for team players with attention to detail and willingness to grow. If you are looking for a fully remote opportunity, this may be the right role for you.

Role:

• Inbound support to assist with translation and clarification of customer inquiries.
• Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly (according to PCI and GDPR guidelines).
• Resolve complex requests independently, using the knowledge base when needed.

Profile:

• Strong communication and reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Creole and English (C2).
• Previous experience in translation or with SAP (preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
