Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations. Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats. Provide technical guidance and support to network administrators and users. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience as a network engineer or network administrator Proven track record of leading network engineering teams Hands-on experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting Technical skills Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.) Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, Nagios, Zabbix) Experience with cloud-based network solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies (e.g., VPNs, IPS/IDS, SIEM) Soft skills / transversal skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and mentor a team of network professionals Adaptability to changing technology and business requirements Commitment to continuous learning and professional development What we offer We bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and we're committed to equal opportunities in all aspects of employment (gender, LGBT+, disabled persons, or people of different origins) and to promoting Diversity & Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are valued.
