You will be responsible for turning customers into passionate Brand Ambassadors for this pioneer company in the leisure industry The offer Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat; Maintainpartnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability; Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case; Workwith internal departments to meet customers' needs; Dataentry invarious platforms; Upselling andcross-selling techniques; Ensure all clients are aware of the company's innovations; Being anambassador for the company.
