Brief Description of the Role: As anOperations Specialist Intern, you will supportAtlante Portugal's Operations & Maintenance teamin ensuring the optimal performance of our EV charging infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving our network of charging stations, contributing to the growth of sustainable mobility in Southern Europe. Value Creation: In this role, you will contribute to Atlante's mission of providing reliable and sustainable electric mobility by supporting the daily operations of our charging network. Through your involvement in monitoring activities, issue resolution, and process optimization, you will help ensure the efficiency and continuity of our services, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and the company's operational excellence. Core Responsibilities: Supervise charging stations to ensure they remain operational and well-maintained. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. Assist in the testing and diagnosis of charging equipment and systems. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and reports. Support the team in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related fields). Strong interest in renewable energy, electric vehicles, and sustainable infrastructure. Familiarity with engineering design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.). Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
