Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to assist the CEO with a variety of strategic, documentation, hiring, and other exciting tasks. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and work closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of our business.

**About DERA**

DERA is a first-mover FinTech startup on a mission to unlock trapped value in closed ecosystems. We help companies to enter digital economies by providing them with the infrastructure to create digital assets.

Our payment currency DERA is built to be the robust and solid backbone that powers all interest-bearing assets across various digital economies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist the CEO with strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to key business processes, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of business activities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business as needed

**Requirements**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
