Pretendemos admitir um(a) Project Manager com Experiência na Banca para um cliente de referência. Responsabilidades Gerir o ciclo de vida completo de projetos de Transformação Digital, com foco no setor bancário. Aplicar e garantir a adesão a metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMP/PMI) e abordagens Ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Coordenar as diferentes equipas multidisciplinares envolvidas no projeto (Negócio, TI, Desenvolvimento), assegurando o alinhamento de objetivos e a entrega dentro do prazo e orçamento. Identificar, analisar e mitigar proativamente riscos e dependências do projeto. Gerir as expectativas dos stakeholders e garantir uma comunicação transparente sobre o progresso e estado do projeto. Competências Experiência profissional consolidada como Project Manager, com exposição ao setor da Banca por consultorias ou cliente final . Certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) é um requisito preferencial . Experiência comprovada na aplicação de metodologias Ágeis. Sólidos conhecimentos e experiência em projetos de Transformação Digital. Experiência em gestão de projetos ou conhecimento técnico em Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) será valorizada como uma mais-valia. Excelentes capacidades de liderança, comunicação e gestão de equipas.
