What You'll Do Engage directly with business clients to understand their needs and present effective solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead nurturing to negotiation and closure. Conduct outbound calls and build long-term relationships that foster trust and growth. Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client portfolios. Collaborate with internal experts to optimize strategies and achieve performance goals. What Were Looking For Fluent English speaker (C1C2 level) with exceptional communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales (digital environment preferred). Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building and consultative selling. Driven by results, adaptable to change, and passionate about business innovation. Comfortable working on-site and collaborating in a fast-moving, team-focused setting. Local candidates - must be based in Lisbon.
