Our offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal, with our HQ in Lisbon, Portugal.As a key business within Joom Group, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (B2B) to spearhead and oversee our marketing strategy in Brazil and other international markets.Responsibilities:Assess and optimize existing marketing processesDevelop and execute marketing strategies tailored to different countriesProvide clear direction and objectives for marketing teams and external vendorsEstablish performance metrics-driven goals and ensure optimal marketing effortsEnsure alignment between marketing goals and strategies with those of other teams, particularly product & development and salesRequirements:Proven experience in crafting marketing strategies for international B2B markets focusing on SMBsStrong leadership skills, including effective task delegation and team managementA highly analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approachExcellent communication skills (internal and external)Fluency in EnglishPreferred:Familiarity with the B2B e-commerce marketWe offer:Office Location: Lisbon, relocation package provided if neededFlexible working hours and 22 days of paid annual leaveExtended health insurance for employees and their families, including dental care coverage100% paid sick leavesPersonal development opportunities: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate libraryDaily meal allowanceAnnual team retreatsPlease note that before applying, you should review our Candidate Privacy Notice at By responding to this vacancy, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy notice.
