Speciality Gases Europe (SGE) organization is deploying mandate and governance on 9 European SG sites in Europe serving the largest and most advanced industrial and speciality gas markets world wide. SGE central team is working closely with affiliate sales, site operations, and cluster marketing unit teams of the Research & Analysis market unit, as well as various units of the Air Liquide Group. You will be part of the SGE central team, reporting to the SGE Offer Director. In your mission you belong to the key contributors in the transformation of our SG activity, working closely with European sales and operations teams and AL Group projects. This International position ensures strong coordination of SG product management across Europe. Our challenge is to standardize and define a European convergent offering, shared data model. Main objectives of the SGE referential manager are: -Governs and manages the SGE Product & Offer Catalogue and Referential: Tools, Process & Data. Stakeholders animation. -Follow KPI of convergence of standard references vs on demand -Train and animate sales teams on standards convergence -Ensures updated Product catalogue/ Mixture Catalogue in Satellite applications (eMixture Guide, CPQ, C2P) -Reference Creation & LifeCycle. Ensures implementation & sustainability of defined Standards on ERP Process & data -Creates new references (MTS) within SGE perimeter based upon business rules and requirements. #LI-MC1 Are you a MATCH?
