A Bravemind, uma empresa de consultoria em Recursos Humanos e Executive Search, está atualmente a recrutar um(a)Strategy & Operations Managerpara um cliente de prestígio no setor da Consultoria, para a sua equipa sediada em Lisboa.Principais ResponsabilidadesLiderar projetos end-to-end detransformação estratégica e operacional : otimização de customer experience, eficiência operacional, pricing, automação de processos (RPA / Process Mining), digitalização e implementação de soluções inovadoras (AI, drones, etc.);Gerir equipas multidisciplinares, timelines, budgets, riscos e deliverables, garantindo entrega de valor real ao cliente (KPIs: CSAT/NPS, redução de custos, revenue growth);Participar ativamente na componente comercial: identificar oportunidades, desenvolver propostas, responder a RFPs, realizar pitches e negociar scopes/fees;Desenvolver e mentorizar a equipa (avaliações, desenvolvimento profissional, motivação);Contribuir para a criação de novas ofertas e soluções da prática (thought leadership, customer analytics, operational excellence, AI aplicada a operações);Gerir stakeholders C-level e assegurar change management e implementação prática (metodologias ágeis/lean).Educação e Experiência:Licenciatura/Mestrado emGestão ,Economia ,Engenhariaou área quantitativa equivalente;Experiência sólida emconsultoria estratégica e/ou operacional , preferencialmente em projetos de transformação;Experiência comprovada emautomação e transformação digital(RPA, Process Mining, digitalização de processos);Exposição a setores relevantes:telecomunicações ,utilities/energia ,turismo ,media ,defesaoudesporto(experiência em banca/seguros é menos prioritária);Histórico comprovado deliderança de equipase gestão de projetos complexos em contexto internacional ou multicultural.Competências TécnicasDomínio avançado deExcel / Office(modelação financeira, análise de dados);Conhecimentos sólidos deSQL ;Experiência prática comRPA(Robotic Process Automation) e/ouProcess Mining ;Experiência com métricas comoCSAT/NPS , eficiência operacional, pricing ou inovação tecnológica (AI, drones, etc.).Idiomas e mobilidade:Português nativo / fluente;Inglês avançado (obrigatório para comunicação com clientes e equipa internacional);Disponibilidade paraviagens frequentes(1–2 semanas por mês)Competências Comportamentais:Empático(a), carismático(a) e com elevadainteligência emocional(essencial para gerir equipas e stakeholders em contextos multiculturais);Analítico(a), pragmático(a) e fortementeorientado(a) a soluções ;Perfil comercial: capacidade devender ideiase propor soluções de valor ao cliente;Espírito de equipa, profissionalismo e motivação elevada;As candidaturas serão analisadas no prazo de 15 dias, e os candidatos pré-selecionados serão contactados.
