Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operational backbone of our crypto trading and swap business. This is not a "manager of managers" role. You will be in the details, making real-time decisions when markets move, coordinating execution, and ensuring inventory and treasury support daily operations. If you know trading mechanics, understand how crypto rails work, and can keep a cool head under pressure - you will fit. Responsibilities Run day-to-day trading operations and make real-time decisions during market volatility. Support margin and futures operations: monitor risk, troubleshoot position/margin issues, and answer operational questions (leverage, liquidation mechanics, funding basics). Operate and optimize RFQ and swap flows, understanding fixed vs floating pricing and execution impact. Monitor and manage on-chain settlement: track transaction lifecycle, confirmations, tx hashes, and resolve failed/delayed transfers. Unblock stuck flows end-to-end: handle "transaction not recognized", delayed crediting, manual push/rebroadcast/escalation with providers, and ensure proper reconciliation. Own inventory and liquidity planning to ensure day-to-day operations are always supported (rebalancing, buffers, availability). Execute and manage treasury tasks: asset allocation across wallets/venues, utilization, collateral movements, and basic reporting. Maintain operational controls: runbooks, checklists, incident logs, reconciliations, and weekly ops reporting with clear next steps. Requirements Hands-on crypto/trading ops experience: proven track record in exchange, desk, market-making, swap/RFQ ops, or similar high-tempo environment. Solid trading fundamentals: comfortable with futures, margin, leverage, liquidation mechanics, and can make fast operational decisions during volatility. Strong crypto rails knowledge: understands tx hashes, confirmations, fees, wallets, and can troubleshoot settlement issues end-to-end. Operational problem-solver: experienced in unblocking stuck transactions/flows (manual push, rebroadcast/escalation, reconciliation) with high ownership. Treasury & inventory capability: can manage liquidity/inventory, basic treasury reporting, and handle crypto-backed borrowing/lending when needed.
