Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Deliver timely, professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media. Booking Management: Support passengers with reservations, changes, and cancellations. Clear Communication: Explain fares, baggage rules, and available special services in an easy-to-understand way. Travel Guidance: Provide information on check-in procedures, boarding, and travel requirements. Personalized Solutions: Recommend flight options, upgrades, and tailored travel solutions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues. Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly. Knowledge Expansion: Keep up to date with airline policies, offers, and industry regulations. Ongoing Development: Take part in continuous training to build skills and advance your career. Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2). Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card. Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
