Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Deliver timely, professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media. Booking Management: Support passengers with reservations, changes, and cancellations. Clear Communication: Explain fares, baggage rules, and available special services in an easy-to-understand way. Travel Guidance: Provide information on check-in procedures, boarding, and travel requirements. Personalized Solutions: Recommend flight options, upgrades, and tailored travel solutions.
