This is a remote role, but candidates located near Lisbon will be prioritised for occasional on-site collaboration. About the Role You will work on complex B2B platforms, designing intuitive, scalable solutions that simplify workflows and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end product design , from discovery and prototyping to production-ready UI, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in B2B product design , ideally within SaaS or enterprise platforms. Ability to simplify complex workflows and create user-friendly interfaces. Strong skills in design systems (Figma or similar) and component libraries. Experience in user research, usability testing , and iterative design improvements. Comfortable working with distributed teams and aligning design decisions with business and technical goals. Knowledge of AI-assisted UX or automation features is a plus. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
