Profile Overview As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will report to our Head of Enterprise Sales and play a crucial role in enabling our enterprise sales team to accelerate deal closure, secure renewals, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales tools and data, and providing the operational backbone that allows our sales professionals to focus on selling. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with B2B SaaS sales experience who can bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution while supporting our ambitious enterprise growth targets. Your responsibilities Partner with the Head of Enterprise sales to enable enterprise sales team success by maintaining sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, pricing guides, and proposal templates that accelerate deal closure Optimize our CRM system and sales technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and seamless workflow automation across the entire sales process Support renewal and expansion activities by tracking contract expiration dates, coordinating with customer success team, and preparing renewal proposals and upsell opportunities Coordinate sales forecasting processes, working with individual
