We are in search of a Logistics Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of operational processes within the company, with a focus on logistics, inventory management, and transportation coordination. What you'll be doing: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory movements within the ERP system; Monitor and control inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, optimizing for cost-efficiency and minimizing excess stock and carrying costs; Develop, update, and maintain logistics and inventory process documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and operational best practices; Create and maintain transportation orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments; Prepare and manage all required transportation documentation (e.g., packing lists, delivery notes, transport guides), ensuring compliance with legal and company standards; Analyze key logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, freight costs) to identify opportunities forprocess improvements and cost reductions. What you'll bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field; 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation management or Supply Chain; Fluent in English and Portuguese, other languages would be a plus; Proficient in logistics and inventory management software; Analytical, methodical and process oriented; Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment; Good communication, team collaboration and organizational skills; Advanced problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail; Proactive, always looking to improve established processes and collaborating with other teams to find new improvement possibilities. It would be great if you would also have:Experience with Odoo (ERP) is a big plus; Experience in inventory management within multiple locations; Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance and incoterms. Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
