We are a dynamic and rapidly scaling fashion brand, and we’re looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. If you’re passionate about operations, organization, and contributing to a brand’s global success story, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring that everything flows smoothly—from warehouse to customer.
Your key responsibilities include:
Shipping & Receiving - Manage all incoming and outgoing products, materials, and supplies; verify shipments; maintain accurate documentation.
Inventory Management - Oversee stock levels, ensuring proper organization, storage, and replenishment.
Transport Coordination - Work with transportation partners to schedule pick-ups and deliveries; ensure all required documentation is complete.
Quality Control - Verify that all products meet our quality standards before they leave the building.
Internal Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and support overall operational efficiency.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring operational excellence every day:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and solid problem-solving skills
- A proactive team-player mindset and proficiency with digital tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
