We are looking for an AI Product Tech Lead to be part of our team and grow with us. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Technical Leader in complex platforms Strong background in Java as the main stack, particularly Spring Boot Solid experience with Event-Driven Architecture , especially Kafka Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into enterprise platforms Experience designing cloud-native, services-first and scalable architectures Strong knowledge of DDD, service decomposition, API and schema design Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.G. MySQL, MongoDB) and data migrations Experience with Cloud platforms , CI/CD pipelines and containerization Knowledge of security and observability fundamentals Strong documentation and written-design skills (ADRs, HLA, sequence diagrams) Fluency in English Being part of GBL Tech means: Integration in a company in continuous growth Continuous training according to the needs of each employee Career monitoring and progression
