You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, innovation, and excellence in procurement operations. Your role in our teamStrategic & Operational Leadership Support in the development and implementation of the Group-wide Procurement & Supply Chain Management strategy. Lead global supplier lifecycle and risk management initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance and procurement guidelines across all entities. Digitalization & Performance Management Design and maintain a global KPI dashboard for procurement performance. Act as Product Owner for digital processes (SRM platform Ivalua). Roll out external risk management software globally. Project & Change Management Serve as PMO for strategic P&SCM projects. Lead due diligence and post-merger integration efforts. Facilitate steering committees and workshops across management levels. Communication & Reporting Drive internal communication and best practice sharing. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for top management. Organize internal/external events (e.g., townhalls). Manage quarterly Market & Risk Report and procurement intranet. Your profileExperience & Qualifications Academic background in Business, SCM, Engineering, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred. 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, consulting or project management. Proven success in cross-functional, cross-border projects. Experience with SRM platforms (preferably Ivalua) and risk management tools. Strong grasp of governance, compliance, and performance frameworks. Project & Change Management Excellent project management and change management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High digital literacy (MS Office, data visualization, procurement software). Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English; Portuguese or German is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization. Communication & Reporting Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach. Comfortable in fast-paced, international environments. Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
