About the Role: One of our clients are modernizing their Service Management system by migrating from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management and Stargate. Here you will play a critical role in analyzing, redesigning, implementing and validating workflows to support the large-scale migration of services such as Ask Procurement, Data Protection, CKW ITSM, HR Service Delivery and Facility/Workplace services. Core responsibilities: Migrate and redesign ServiceNow workflows into Jira Service Management, defining future-state processes aligned with Jira and Stargate capabilities. Configure JSM end-to-end, including request types, SLAs, forms, automations, approvals, queues, and secure environments compliant with GDPR. Identify functional gaps in JSM (e.g. email templates, document generation) and design scalable plugins or workaround solutions. Build and support integrations across Jira, Stargate, IAM, and HR systems, including OAuth 2.0 authentication and multi-IDP access models. Support testing and quality assurance by creating UAT scripts, resolving defects, and optimising configurations. Produce technical documentation, enable training teams, and hand over ownership to Jira Operations for long-term support Requirements: 5+ years' experience delivering complex Jira Service Management implementations in enterprise environments. Deep expertise in JSM configuration, including request/catalog design, automation, dynamic forms, approvals, queues, and agent workspaces. Strong Jira Cloud administration skills, including Atlassian Marketplace plugin evaluation and implementation. Proven experience building secure integrations, including OAuth 2.0, multitenant authentication, and external data sources (e.g. Org APIs, SuccessFactors). Experience designing or supporting HR or other sensitive-service workflows with a strong focus on data protection and confidentiality. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and service management best practices (ITIL/ESM), with the ability to redesign processes to fit Jira rather than over-customize.
