Your Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical foundation to lead strategic Data & AI initiatives within Capgemini Engineering. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring outcomes that align with business and client goals. This role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence, combining leadership, process rigor, and technical understanding. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end Data & AI project delivery with accountability for scope, budget, and quality Manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across business and technical areas Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on project needs Monitor KPIs, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure project success Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners, and clients to define deliverables Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project management practices Your Profile Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and similar tools (e.g., Redmine, ServiceNow) Proven experience managing projects through Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and custom delivery models Expertise in P&L control, KPIs, risk management, and stakeholder communication Technical background in Data & AI or analytics-driven initiatives is strongly preferred Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong strategic leadership and team motivation capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive execution effectively Collaborative and adaptable approach in fast-paced environments Results-oriented mindset with focus on delivery excellence Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly valued What You'll Love About Working Here Inclusive Environment: Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
