Your main tasks

  • Plan, budget, and secure resources for assigned projects.
  • Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Manage risks, issues, and compliance requirements across projects.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Communicate roles, tasks, expectations, and accountabilities clearly and consistently to team members.
  • Promote and develop best practices in project management across the organization.
  • Collaborate across functions and organizational boundaries to drive improvements and resolve escalated challenges.
  • Document and share project lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Support all stages of the project management lifecycle, leveraging appropriate tools and techniques to produce performance, budget, and schedule reports.
  • Maintain and track change management logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Your ideal background

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or local equivalent required).
  • Formal project management education; PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management.
  • Automotive industry experience (Tier 1 supplier preferred).
  • Strong expertise in project, program, and resource management.
  • Experience with methodologies including LEANPD, Waterfall, and Agile.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate projects, programs, and business cases
