Green Venture está a reforçar a equipa, com a contratação de um Project Manager (m/f).

Principais Responsabilidades

- Apoiar a definição de soluções técnicas para sistemas de armazenamento, SCADA e integração com a REN, bem como o desenvolvimento inicial de projetos de Biometano.

- Prestar apoio técnico-administrativo aos projetos, garantindo conformidade legal, técnica, ambiental e de segurança.

- Coordenar e supervisionar as operações diárias e de manutenção, assegurando eficiência, qualidade, segurança e disponibilidade da planta.

- Definir, monitorizar e analisar KPIs de produção e eficiência, identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua.

- Implementar iniciativas de otimização operacional (Lean, Six Sigma) e gerir recursos humanos, materiais e peças de reposição.

- Assegurar comunicação eficaz entre equipas internas, gestão e entidades reguladoras.

- Elaborar e analisar relatórios operacionais, financeiros e ambientais para suporte à tomada de decisão.

- Avaliar e mitigar riscos operacionais, financeiros e de segurança, promovendo uma cultura alinhada com os valores, políticas e procedimentos da organização.

Requisitos Do Perfil

- Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica, Automação, Energias Renováveis ou similares.

- Experiência de pelo menos 4 anos em funções semelhantes.

- Certificações relacionadas à gestão de projetos ou construção são um diferencial (ex: PMP).

- Experiência em MS Project, Autocad e SAP.

- Fluência em inglês.

- Orientação para resultados.
