Your Role
- Demonstrate expertise in at least two PACO nodes, with the ability to independently support design and deployment activities from a project coordination perspective.
- Check and validate Technical Solution Documents (TSD), identifying gaps and risks and escalating them to Presales and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure software compatibility checks are performed and highlight any deviations.
- Coordinate and validate the creation and presentation of High-Level Designs (HLD) with customers.
- Oversee preparation of Customer Information Questionnaires (CIQ) based on HLD, dimensioning, and customer inputs.
- Coordinate and validate Low-Level Designs (LLD) according to HLD and CIQ inputs.
- Ensure preparation and validation of data fill/backfill sheets, leveraging automation tools where available.
- Validate project activity MOPs and ensure readiness for execution.
- Coordinate migration and go-live strategies in alignment with TPM governance and customer expectations.
- Manage and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze design impacts and coordinate changes from the SU perspective.
- Ensure bug scrubbing activities are completed before node go-live.
- Coordinate creation and execution of functional and non-functional ATP Test Object Lists (TOL) with customers and delivery teams.
- Provide coordination for troubleshooting activities, including trace analysis support with SE teams.
- Ensure lessons learned documentation is created and properly captured.
- Drive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions across teams.
- Extend support to teams when needed and ensure compliance with internal JIRA processes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or technical project coordination.
- Strong understanding of Packet Core (PACO) nodes and their deployment lifecycle.
- Proven experience coordinating design, deployment, migration, and go-live activities.
- Ability to bridge technical teams, presales, customers, and delivery stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Packet Core architectures and mobile network standards (2G/3G/4G/5G, LTE, VoLTE).
- Experience working with technical documentation (TSD, HLD, LLD, CIQ, MOP).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments.
