Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the companys products or services. Whether through phone, email, or chat, CSRs are always ready to go the extra mile RESPONSABILITIES: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails or chat Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends. REQUIREMENTS: High school education diploma Native or near native level of Polish Based in Lisbon Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, oral validation will be conducted) Excellent communication and argumentation skills Strong technology/computer skills
