Position Overview

The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, assessing inbound leads, driving the sales process and achieving revenue targets. This role is crucial in developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching the sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth. The Inside Sales Manager will be required to be strategic yet hands-on ensure the team consistently converts high-quality leads and conversions while adhering to company policies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Set clear individual and team goals, track progress, and provide feedback.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute effective inside sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and support the team with closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments like Research Strategy to align sales efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly Sales calls to communicate company objectives, new product updates, and sales techniques.
  • Represent Nomad Capitalist during top tier events together with other Sales team members.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Oversee the qualification and management of inbound sales leads and close coordination with the Business Development Manager.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and prospects to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Responsible for finalizing pricing strategy with clients.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance, forecasted sales, and pipeline activity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Keep Sales SOP to the current standard.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (preferably HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred).
  • Experience with B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing remote teams.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth or scaling company.
  • Experience in real estate, consulting, offshoring or similar sector.
