Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Manager ready to expand their career with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the qualification and management of inbound sales leads, developing and executing effective inside sales strategies, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. They will also analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and conduct post-sales follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and collect feedback.

Team Management
The Inside Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and training to improve performance. They will set clear individual and team goals, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure the team consistently converts high-quality leads and conversions while adhering to company policies and goals.

Customer Relationship Management
This individual will develop strong relationships with key clients and prospects to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They will handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them quickly and effectively, and finalize pricing strategy with clients.

Education & Skills
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management position. They should have strong knowledge of CRM software, experience with B2C sales, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be able to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
