We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team supporting Spain and Portugal. As the primary liaison for country commercial management, you will lead Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Sales Operations initiatives, developing and conducting analyses, integrating data from various sources, and uncovering key market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep insights into the needs of patients, customers, markets, and local business operations.
- Identify business needs, opportunities for business and profit growth, reduction of inefficiencies, and cost of doing business.
- Propose, align, and implement comprehensive analytical solutions to generate insights and learnings supporting business decision making.
Requirements
- Strong business leadership and strategic analysis skills, with a proven track record of impacting business strategies and results.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in independent management of external data/analytics providers.
- Proficient in MS Office Product Suite, Salesforce/CRM platforms, and advanced analytics platforms (Tableau, etc.).
