Join us for the next game We Are Looking For Our Next SAP HCM ConsultantPrevious experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects; Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.G., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare); Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD); Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS); Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements; Knowledgeof integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution); Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades; Experience withSAP SuccessFactors and migration projects is highly desirable; Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs; Experience withdata reconciliation, data validation, and ensuring data integrity; Skills indesigning and developing HR reports using SAP tools like SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI; Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical issues Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions; Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints; Understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall); Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs; Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation; Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central Additional relevant SAP certifications We PrioritizeHigh standards, professionalism, and dedication; everything else can be learned.
