Quality Analyst (Danish/Finnish/Norwegian/Swedish) We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst for our project at Tech Mahindra, a multinational technology company with over 30 years of experience and more than 141,000 associates providing IT and BPO services. The role involves identifying and rating various types of content (audio, video, text, and photos) according to defined policies and guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating ad campaigns, reviewing user-generated content, and ensuring compliance with client standards. Roles and Responsibilities Evaluate and rate content types, including audio, video, text, and photos, from normal to mildly egregious content Assess ads for accuracy, relevance, quality, and policy adherence Oversee quality assurance for digital marketing campaigns Provide clear ratings and reasoning, maintaining consistency Participate in training and calibration sessions Support other projects as needed, including rewriting prompts or responses Skills and Qualifications Native speaker in one of the specified languages Basic computer skills with a typing speed of 25-30 WPM Proficient with G Suite, especially Google Sheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of content moderation guidelines Experience evaluating content from various sources Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Research skills for content verification Critical thinking to identify biases and inconsistencies Attention to ethical and legal standards in content review Offer Details Above-average base salary Meal allowance (€9.13/day) Healthcare and dental insurance from day one Work from office in Oeiras with transport allowance or shuttle Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours One-year contract We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
