We are looking for a Sales Coach & Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the sales team and various departments within the organization. This position requires a rigorous and methodical approach, combined with strong adaptability and a genuine desire to contribute to continuous process improvement. If you have an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement new approaches to telephone sales with the goal of increasing business volume. Ensure effective and continuous communication with partners, providing accurate updates regarding all changes to the product portfolio and sales processes. Promote continuous improvement of sales quality, contributing to the achievement of defined quantitative and qualitative objectives. Independently manage and resolve sales-related escalations. Monitor direct competitors in online and telephone sales channels. Maintain close collaboration with other departments, including Customer Care, Digital Marketing, and Data Analysis. Requirements Educational background in commerce or a technical field, preferably complemented by an additional qualification in business or sales. Proven experience in sales functions, with a hands-on and results-oriented approach (mandatory requirement). Flexible and creative profile, with the ability to adapt to change and identify innovative solutions. Fluency in German (C2) is required. Strong command of English is highly valued. Proficiency in key communication tools and office applications, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred).
