Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. Proficiency with project management and design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma). Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
